Centrally located right in the heart of Wesley Chapel, our service areas include Wesley Chapel and select surrounding areas. In addition to lawn and landscaping services, we also provide an array of services. Including landscape designs and makeover, plants, palm tree, mulch, sod, rock, irrigation repair and install, before and after pool installation projects, fertilization, water features, and more.
Ultimately, we know lawn and landscaping should enhance not only style, but also the value of your home. Our team can certainly customize a landscape design. Because of our experience, we know not only landscape design adds a curb appeal, but also a touch of landscape lighting for that “wow” look.

* Please note there is an additional $10 charge for fenced in yards and corner lots because of the additional time to service homes. The price shown above is where our pricing starts.
* Monthly prices are pro-rated on a 12 month basis and includes Spring/Summer months weekly** mowing, in addition to Fall/Winter months bi-weekly mowing. The monthly price remains the same for the Spring/Summer and the Fall/Winter months.
** During the Spring/Summer months prices are not pro-rated for starting or ending service. We operate on a Rolling Service Schedule. With the Rolling Service Schedule, we do not provide a specific day of the week for service. Our service schedule runs Monday – Friday, and if needed rolls to the following Monday or Tuesday of the next week. This is just to help provide some flexibility with things that are out of our control like weather, traffic, mechanical issues, staffing, etc. We have learned to change with the ever-changing times and be flexible but still reliable with this type of schedule.
* The monthly service is a maintenance package. Items that are not included are: overgrown lawns, overgrown landscaping, palm trees with excessive debris, raising of the canopy on trees, excessive amount of weeds in mulched/rocked beds and driveways and items that require a ladder to service. Please request a quote for a one time cleanup of these items. Once completed, we are able to provide the maintenance of these items. Over time, landscaping may need a general cutback, pruning, or bed clean out, please request a quote for this service.
